Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Switzerland & Europe shipping

All in stock items ordered and paid for will ship within 1-2 business day unless otherwise noted in the product description. We ship from our own inventories located in Switzerland and mostly use DPD or DHL as our forwarder. Shipped orders may take between two and four business days to arrive, in some countries and at busy times up to 10 business days.

EU and international orders: payment of import duties and taxes may be required. These are not included in the prices shown on our product and checkout pages.

We are unable to ship to forwarding addresses. If an order is placed with a forwarding shipping address, the order may be canceled automatically by our system. 

Free standard shipping is valid only on domestic orders (i.e. within Switzerland) with order values exceeding CHF 100.00. For lower order values, shipping costs amount to CHF 9.00 per order.

Free shipping for EU orders with a cart value exceeding EUR 200.00.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Overseas shipping (non-EU, non-domestic)

All in stock items ordered and paid for will ship within 2-3 business day unless otherwise noted in the product description. We ship from our own invenstories located in Switzerland and mostly use DHL as our forwarder. 

Once shipped, international orders can take up to three weeks to arrive since all orders must pass through customs and the respective time frame is completely at the discretion of the shipping providers and customs officers and cannot be oversteered by Faye Labs.

Due to customs regulations and restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to the following countries: Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Brazil, Czech Republic, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Sudan, Sri Lanka, Syria, and Turkey.

We are unable to ship to forwarding company addresses. If an order is placed with a forwarding shipping address, the order may be canceled automatically by our system. Payment will be processed in the most current exchange rate and will appear so on your bank statement.

Payment by PayPal
PayPal gives you the opportunity to pay for your Sanawell products easily and securely without cash. To use it, you create a PayPal account once by entering your bank or credit card details - these are then available to you for every purchase. You pay via PayPal by entering your e-mail address and a password and receive a payment confirmation by e-mail.

Your order will then be processed immediately.

If you return ordered items, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited back to the PayPal account used.
